Let me give you a pro and con list:

(+) An upgradable hammer! Excellent!
(+) Points appear over the dead spiders.
(+) New parameters such as hammer speed give more depth to gameplay.

(-) Srsly, the sound effects are crappy.
(-) The speed of the hammer combined with the speed of the spiders is obstructing the gameplay. It's impossible to finish the game with 100 health. I felt frustrated.
(-) What happened to the difficulty settings?
(-) I kinda expected a more polished look graphically. It seems as if there's too much going on.
(-) Just spiders? We needz more diverse enemies!

Overall score: 7/10
I can tell that a lot of effort was put into this game. And I just happen to have a thing for sequels. But there's a lot of room for improvement. If you work on the negative points, this game could be the bomb. Keep it up!

I like Pirates Of The Caribbean a lot, but this movie wasn't really good. Where's the sound? When Jack's kicking the wooden door there's supposed to be sound right?
And some parts were just not interesting... Sometimes nothing happened.
More action, more sound, and you'll be my man.

Please remake the controls, because there are a lot of people with an azerty-keyboard, like I do. It's very difficult to use asxd to make the tank move, so maybe you could try it with the key arrows?

I really like this game, but you definatly need to improve a few things.
I don't know if you read al those reviews, but I would like to ask you if you could answer this one. Because I really like to help making the sequel (if you'd like to).Just send me an email or add me on msn.
I would like to improve the following with you:

-Better graphix, and multiple backgrounds.
-A better menu, because this one was a little skinny.
-More levels
-More music
